Why can’t my PDF reach the selected size?

Some page sets cannot fit under a very small limit while remaining readable. SizeProof reports this honestly and offers options such as a larger limit, grayscale, or removing pages.

How do I restore my lifetime purchase?

Open SizeProof, go to Lifetime access, and choose Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase.

Where are my documents uploaded?

SizeProof does not upload your source photos or generated PDFs to a SizeProof server. Processing happens on your device. A PDF leaves the app only when you explicitly share or save it.

What should I include in a support request?

Include the SizeProof app version, your iPhone or iPad model, your iOS version, the target size, and the steps that led to the issue. Please redact personal information and never email confidential documents.
