Capture does not start
Confirm that your iPhone supports Apple Intelligence, that Apple’s on-device model is ready, and that you selected Share Entire Screen in the system picker.
PlanDrop cannot identify a place
Replay the part of the content that shows the venue name, storefront, menu branding or location, then use Drop this Reel. PlanDrop intentionally returns no result when evidence is insufficient or conflicting.
Stop and remove capture evidence
Use Stop & Delete Capture from PlanDrop’s More menu or Live Activity. Saved place details can be removed separately from Saved Drops.
Free saves and PlanDrop Unlimited
The free plan includes 20 successful new place saves each calendar month. Edits and deletions do not consume another save. PlanDrop Unlimited is a one-time, non-consumable App Store purchase—not a subscription.
If a previous lifetime purchase is not showing, open Unlock unlimited saves and choose Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase.
